Anti-hack problem.

Hello. I cant play RedLight server becouse i have anti-hack problem. When i press start i see "There is a problem with function ant-hack the program is closing" and i dont have even intaled GLB KalOnline. I got Xp with sp3. My borther on his pc got win 7 he got instaled GLB KalOnline and RedLight server and he can play. What i can do to start play?
